Job Details

After completing our paid training program, you’ll be ready to guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process — including screening and drawing their blood — while helping them to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed.
Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same! But your work will always directly impact real people’s lives — right here in our community.
Specific job duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Pay & Hours

Competitive pay – plus a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000!
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Hours between 5:00 am – 7:00 pm, rotating weekends.

Requirements & Skills Needed

This is a fast-paced, people-first role that requires strong attention to detail. Plus:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance as well as reliable transportation is required.
EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. experience is a plus.
Must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment — no day is exactly the same!
Must be teachable, reliable, and precise.
Must follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations.

Production and Distribution Technician

Do you like working behind-the-scenes, but want a job that impacts people in your community? Are you looking for hands-on laboratory experience? As a Production and Distribution Technician, you’ll work in our lab to prepare life-saving donated blood for local partner hospitals.

Apheresis Technician

You’ll guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process — including screening, whole blood draws, and automated collection with the apheresis machine — while helping them to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed.
