Job Details

You’ll guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process — including screening, whole blood draws, and automated collection with the apheresis machine — while helping them to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed.
Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same! But your work will always directly impact real people’s lives right here in our community.
Specific job duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Pay & Hours

Competitive pay— plus a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000!
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Hours between 5:00 am – 7:00 pm, rotating weekends.

Requirements & Skills Needed

This is a fast-paced, people-first role that requires strong attention to detail. You will also need to:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have previous phlebotomy experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. experience desired AND at least six months of acceptable performance.
Be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment — no day is exactly the same!
Be teachable, steady, and precise.
Follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations.
