Experienced phlebotomists can get hired in as few as three days. Plus, you’ll get paid training and a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000!

Job Details

  • You’ll guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process — including screening, whole blood draws, and automated collection with the apheresis machine — while helping them to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed.
  • Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same! But your work will always directly impact real people’s lives right here in our community. 
  • Specific job duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Pay & Hours

  • Competitive pay— plus a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000!
  • Full-time and part-time positions are available.
  • Hours between 5:00 am – 7:00 pm, rotating weekends.

Requirements & Skills Needed

This is a fast-paced, people-first role that requires strong attention to detail. You will also need to:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have previous phlebotomy experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. experience desired AND at least six months of acceptable performance.
  • Be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment — no day is exactly the same!
  • Be teachable, steady, and precise.
  • Follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations.
