Job Details

• After completing our paid training program, you’ll be ready to guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process — including screening and drawing their blood — while helping them to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed.
• Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same! But your work will always directly impact real people’s lives — right here in our community.
• Specific job duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Pay and Hours

• Competitive pay
• Full-time positions are available.
• Hours between 5:00 am – 7:00 pm, rotating weekends.

Requirements and Skills Needed

This is a fast-paced, people-first role that requires strong attention to detail. Plus:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance as well as reliable transportation is required.
• EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. experience is a plus.
• Must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment — no day is exactly the same!
• Must be teachable, reliable, and precise.
• Must follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations.
