Through its Gallon Grad program, the Community Blood Center celebrates the efforts of students who have donated blood eight times before high school graduation. These blood donors are given a distinctive graduation cord, framed certificate, and special recognition as a graduating high school senior.
Around 40 Wisconsin high schools host blood drives with the Community Blood Center, and blood donations given by high school students are a significant contribution to the blood supply.
To learn more about the Gallon Grad program, please call the Community Blood Center at (920)738-3131 or (800)280-4102 and ask to speak with one of our Donor Recruiters.
